My Work
Finnish Special Education in Africa: Website Redesign
A complete site redesign for a Finnish non-profit organization working to improve the education outcomes of disabled students in Arusha, Tanzania. Highlights of the redesign included a clearer call to action, streamlined site navigation, updated content (in both English and Finnish), and improved accessibility across the entire site.
My Role
I was the sole web designer for the 10-week project.
Main Goal
To improve user experience on the site and increase donations to the organization.
Lupanga
Secondary School: Web Development
A new website for Lupanga Secondary School established their online presence. The project aimed to make school details easily accessible for prospective students and families while also bringing technology to an underdeveloped region in Tanzania. Basic Wordpress training was also conducted for 10 teachers at Lupanga to ensure the sustainability of the site.

I was the sole web developer and designer for the 8-week project.

Easier Dinner Decisions
The goal of this project was to develop a mobile food delivery app that helps users decide what to eat for dinner. By providing personalized recommendations based on user preferences, the app aims to simplify the decision-making process and enhance the overall dining experience. We developed an interactive mockup on Figma after conducting user research.

During my internship in Finland, I'm creating a photography portfolio that showcases the stunning architecture of Helsinki, along with other European cities I explore. This project allows me to capture the beauty and diversity of historic and modern designs, and also highlight some aspects of Finnish culture.
